Your full-service
machining partner
At Innomatix, we combine technical advice, CNC machining and smart logistics into one streamlined process. We think along on manufacturability, select the right materials, produce with precision and safeguard quality— including packaging and delivery.
Our approach is built on six pillars:
1. Tailored advice:
manufacturability, material selection and cost savings

Every collaboration starts with customized advice. We look beyond the drawing:
We proactively advise on tolerances, part geometry, machining sequence, and potential design optimizations to reduce risks and improve cost per part. This means you don’t get generic advice, but a well-founded, tailored proposal that delivers real value for your project.
2. Smart purchasing and inventory management:
the right material at the right time
Material availability determines your lead time. That is why Innomatix focuses on:
The result? Less downtime, shorter lead times, and better delivery reliability.

3. Precision
in turning, milling, and wire EDM

In our workshop, we combine various machining techniques to make your parts exactly according to specification:
With modern machines and CAD/CAM programming, we achieve tight tolerances, reproducible quality, and efficient production: from prototype to medium-sized series.
4. Surface treatment
through selected partners
We also take care of this for you. For the various surface treatments, Innomatix works closely with local, carefully selected partners for:
We take care of the coordination, so you have one point of contact for the entire process from raw material to treated part.

5. Comprehensive quality control and certification
and certification

Quality at Innomatix goes beyond a visual check. We provide:
6. Logistics
with safety stocks and short lead times
We connect production with a well-thought-out logistics approach
By aligning production, inventory and logistics, we shorten lead times and reduce the risk of line stops or rush orders.

Frequently asked questions about our approach
How do I start a project at Innomatix?
You can easily start by:
- providing a drawing and/or 3D model
- providing material, quantities, and desired timing
- briefly explaining in which application the part is used
Based on this, we make an initial estimate, ask targeted questions, and provide you with a clear quote. This way you quickly know whether your part can be produced in a manufacturable, reproducible, and cost-efficient manner.
Does Innomatix also work for prototypes/one-off projects or only series?
At Innomatix, we deliver machining work for:
- Prototypes and single pieces, for example in the development or test phase
- Small series for pilot lines or limited editions.
Medium-sized series for recurring components in machines or installations.
How quickly do I get feedback on my design?
Because engineering, programming, and production are close to each other, we can usually quickly confirm:
- whether the part is manufacturable as designed
- where there are possible risks or optimizations
- which lead time is realistic
For more complex projects, we plan a brief consultation with the customer if necessary, so that we are on the same wavelength from the start.
How does Innomatix handle quality and traceability?
Quality and traceability are fixed parts of our approach. We always provide:
- measurements during and after production on critical dimensions
- complete measurement reports and certificates, where desired
- material and batch information for complete traceability
This allows you to integrate our parts with confidence and without incoming inspection into your machines and installations.
Can Innomatix scale up as my volumes increase?
Yes. Our approach is scalable:
- Digital processes and standardized set-ups make reproducibility easy.
- We build process knowledge around your parts.
- We align planning and capacity with your growth.
- Robotization ensures competitive prices and shorter throughput times for larger volumes
This way you can work with one partner from prototype to stable series production, without extra onboarding or risk.
