We also take care of this for you. For the various surface treatments, Innomatix works closely with local, carefully selected partners for:

Heat treatments that ensure harder and more wear-resistant parts

How do I start a project at Innomatix?

You can easily start by:

  • providing a drawing and/or 3D model
  • providing material, quantities, and desired timing
  • briefly explaining in which application the part is used

Based on this, we make an initial estimate, ask targeted questions, and provide you with a clear quote. This way you quickly know whether your part can be produced in a manufacturable, reproducible, and cost-efficient manner.

Does Innomatix also work for prototypes/one-off projects or only series?

At Innomatix, we deliver machining work for:

  • Prototypes and single pieces, for example in the development or test phase
  • Small series for pilot lines or limited editions.

Medium-sized series for recurring components in machines or installations.

How quickly do I get feedback on my design?

Because engineering, programming, and production are close to each other, we can usually quickly confirm:

  • whether the part is manufacturable as designed
  • where there are possible risks or optimizations
  • which lead time is realistic

For more complex projects, we plan a brief consultation with the customer if necessary, so that we are on the same wavelength from the start.

How does Innomatix handle quality and traceability?

Quality and traceability are fixed parts of our approach. We always provide:

  • measurements during and after production on critical dimensions
  • complete measurement reports and certificates, where desired
  • material and batch information for complete traceability

This allows you to integrate our parts with confidence and without incoming inspection into your machines and installations.
