Our machines

We offer excellent capabilities for combined turning and milling operations, using both the Mazak Integrex machine and the Hermle UMT. The Integrex can machine parts with a turning diameter of up to 670 mm and a maximum length of 1,500 mm, while the Hermle UMT can machine parts with a diameter of up to 800 mm and a maximum height of 560 mm.

The Instant Measurement (IM Series) system is a visual inspection system that performs measurements as a replacement for optical comparators, calipers, micrometers, measuring microscopes, and optical coordinate measuring machines.

It can carry out hundreds of measurements on parts within seconds, with an accuracy of ± 2 µm.

It is ideally suited for measuring springs, small machined parts, threads, and gears.

Inventory management

KASTOecostore bar stock system

Thanks to the KASTOecostore storage system, we can closely monitor our inventory by digitalising stock management.

We can also keep a full range of standard materials in stock for you, enabling fast and efficient supply.

Software

We work, among others, with SolidWorks and hyperMILL, enabling accurate programming for 2.5D, 3D and 5-axis milling as well as mill-turn operations. With simultaneous 5-axis milling, we can increase the complexity of parts. Our CAM package also includes probing, ensuring greater process control and higher accuracy.

Because work preparation is fully computer-supported via virtual machining, programming is done offline, so machines don’t have to stop for programming. In addition, machine loading via the HS Flex and robot loading ensures our machines can be deployed even more efficiently.

Result: complex products, higher machine utilisation, shorter lead times, and consistent quality.
