How does a CNC turning project at Innomatix look like?

a. Analysis of design and requirements

You share your 2D drawing or 3D model with us, along with tolerances, quantities and any standards. We analyze the manufacturability and give you the necessary feedback.

b. Digital preparation

Our programmers convert your design into a CNC program:

  • modeling and CAD/CAM programming
  • simulation of the complete machining process
  • selection of tools and fixturing/clamping

This ensures a smooth and safe transition to the machine.

c. First article and approval

For new parts, we usually produce a first article first. It is measured precisely and validated together with you. Only then do we start series production.

  1. Series production and quality control

Series production runs fully according to the approved process. We perform intermediate measurements and record results, so you can count on consistent quality and full transparency.

d. Finishing, packaging and delivery

Upon request, we provide additional steps such as deburring, cleaning (degreasing), surface treatment, or (sub)assembly. Parts are packaged safely and delivered as agreed.

  • quantities (trial series and possibly annual volume)
