3-axis work

For precise 3-axis turning, you can rely on us for the efficient production of cylindrical parts with high dimensional accuracy and repeatability. Thanks to stable clamping and a proven machining approach, we achieve tight tolerances, excellent surface finishes, and consistent quality—both for one-offs and for small to medium series.

3-axis turning is ideal for shafts, bushings, rings, and other rotationally symmetrical components where speed and precision are key.

5-axis work

For smaller 5-axis work, you can also turn to us thanks to our versatile Hermle C250. This high-performance machine enables us to produce complex parts with the highest precision and flexibility.

5-axis machining offers many advantages, such as creating complex geometries and reducing the number of setups, resulting in more efficient and more accurate production. Next to this, you will find several applications produced using the Hermle C250.

3-axis milling work

You can also rely on us for 3-axis milling. This machining method is ideal for accurately milling flat and prismatic parts, such as plates, blocks, and machine components with slots, pockets, holes, and fitting surfaces.

3-axis milling offers a strong combination of speed, dimensional stability, and cost efficiency, enabling us to produce prototypes as well as small to medium series smoothly.

Typical applications include mounting plates, housings, clamping and auxiliary tooling, flanges, and a wide range of custom parts for machine building and industrial use.

5-axis milling work

5-axis milling is ideal for parts with complex shapes and machining on multiple sides. Thanks to 5-axis milling, we can machine different faces and angles in a single setup, which is not only faster but also significantly improves accuracy and greatly reduces the risk of clamping and alignment errors.

This allows us to efficiently produce hard-to-reach areas and complex geometries (such as angled surfaces, 3D contours, and deep pockets).

Typical applications include complex housings, precision machine components, 3D-shaped parts, mould and tooling components, mounting and interface plates with multiple machining directions, and parts where tolerances and surface finish are truly critical.

Special application: "unique pieces"

For this motor wheel, we fully leveraged the capabilities of our Hermle C42UMT. By combining turning and milling operations, every component was produced with precision and efficiency.

This wheel was machined from a solid square block and completely custom-turned and milled on the Hermle C42UMT. The result is a technically advanced product that perfectly reflects our expertise and precision.

Wire EDM

Because no cutting forces occur, wire EDM is particularly suitable for hard materials and fine geometries—without deformation or clamping issues.

Wire EDM offers key benefits such as very tight tolerances, sharp internal corners, excellent repeatability, and clean cut quality.

Ideal for producing mould and stamping components, precision inserts, fitting and cutting components, slots, and complex profiles in tool steel, carbide, and other electrically conductive materials.

HWR chuck application

This product was made on the Integrex. After turning, we still needed an additional operation on our Hermle. Thanks to our HWR chuck, we can clamp and machine this workpiece without any issues.
